Making a purchase
Could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Switch, Visa and MasterCard.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet. If you wish to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to Flowers & Sparkle Limited, your order will be despatched upon receipt.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping is FREE of CHARGE for standard 7 day delivery for orders over £35.00. We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at £4.25 for a 3 - 5 day service or £8.50 for a 2 day delivery service, this is added upon checkout. Flowers Deliveries FREE of CHARGE (please select this option via checkout)
Our aim is to ensure delivery is in time for your special occasion. The majority of deliveries are on a standard delivery service.
3/5 Delivery - (£4.25)
Your parcel will be packed and despatched the working day after we receive your order to be with you up to 3/5 working days later. Balloons are sent on a signed for service which is not guaranteed next day. Party Sparkle cannot be held liable for any delays that occur with the Royal Mail service.
Express Delivery - (£8.50)
Your parcel will be packed and despatched the working day after we receive your order to be with you on day 2 after your order.
Delivery Overseas
For parcels weighing 2kg and under for delivery to overseas addresses the following costs will be applied:
Europe £20.00
Rest of the World £30.00
Heavier Items
Should your parcel exceed 2.0 kilos in weight we will contact you via email to advise you of the postage costs.
Non-Stock Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If this is likely to take some time, we will contact you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note items may vary in colour or style if stock not available an alternative may be used to the same value.
Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order you can do so at anytime before receiving the goods, thereafter you have 7 days from receipt of goods. Should you decide to cancel your order then we will refund the total charge excluding carriage costs. If you need to return the goods to us then you do this at your own cost. This does not apply to Balloon in a box deliveries. Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled and no refund is available.
